Maximo Gonzalez, the company founder, began his safety training career in an unlikely place: the Florida Army National Guard, where he served as an Infantry Medic. During his deployment to East Africa, he trained soldiers and foreign military personnel in life-saving skills for the battlefield. After his military service, Maximo applied his expertise on construction sites as a Safety Medic, providing first aid and emergency care along the East Coast. It was during this time that he recognized a significant need for comprehensive safety training for construction workers.
