Our Story

Maximo Gonzalez, the company founder, started off his safety training career in an unlikely place; the Florida Army National Guard as an Infantry Medic. Part of his duties were to train soldiers and foreign military in life saving skills for the battlefield while deployed to East Africa. After the military, Maximo then took his skills to the construction site as a Safety Medic. While performing first aid and emergency medicine on sites up and down the east coast, one thing that stuck out was the need for comprehensive safety training for workers in a dangerous environment like construction.
